Square paving and sidewalks
Paving in porphyry cubes complying with the characteristics of the Trentino Porphyry Controlled trademark, CE marked, with a natural quarry surface exposed face, split side faces, placed in work with contrasting arches which will be laid on a suitably prepared foundation. Bush-hammered stone bands to define the design of the square. The materials chosen will be of high quality and in any case will be chosen by the designers and the Works Management. The sidewalks will always be in porphyry or stone, and lain in alternating rows of bands of variable size.
External lighting system
The little square and the parking area will be illuminated by old-style street lamps.
The private outdoor spaces will be illuminated by grounds elements of bollard type in a variable number depending on the size of the garden.
Load-bearing structure of buildings
The structure of the buildings will be in reinforced concrete with floors of solid or laminated wood beams and exposed planking. The buildings will be anti-seismic and made of high quality certified materials. The wooden structures will be made with CE marked products from an authorized manufacturer, they will exposed beams. The wood's color will be natural in color or with a finish which will chosen by the designers and by the Works Management.
External wall finishes
The external walls will be plastered and finished with an antique with patina paint. The window frames will have bush-hammered stone frames or other finishes chosen by the Works Management and the designers.
Some of the buildings that make up the village will have cobblestone cladding which will be arranged in horizontal courses.
External windows
The varnished wood fixtures will be of high quality, certified, and will be chosen by the designers and the Works Management. The fixtures will be air tight, wind resistant, and waterproof. They will have thermal and acoustic breaks, double or triple glazing for reduced heat dispersion. They will have a white lacquer or other color chosen by the WM and a smooth finish. The fixture are made by immersion impregnation with a protective function, anti-mold, anti-parasite, and UV-resistant. The ground floor windows and french windows will be equipped with shatterproof glass and will have an anti-burglary class of 3 or 4. Part of the fixtures, chosen by the designers and the Works Management, it will dampen outside lighting with either external wooden shutters or internal curtains. On the ground floor some some of the windows may be equipped with iron railings.
Common stairs
The common staircase located in the wine shop will have a painted steel structure with paint that has been chosen by the WM and the designers. This staircase will have a wood or natural stone cladding and a glass railing or it will be made of another material chosen by the D.L. The stairs that are located in the other buildings will have reinforced concrete structure and porcelain stoneware or stone cladding.

Floors
The floors are made of high quality pre-finished planks in precious woods such as oak, beech, maple or walnut. The planks are large and have three layers which will be chosen by the Works Management (WM) and the designers. The parquet has an exposed layer of elegant wood, the second layer is composed of birch plywood or other high quality wood and the third layer is made of a solid fir wood arranged orthogonal to the first layer. Variable widths 140 / 240mm (5.5 / 9.5 inches), lengths 600/3800 mm (23.5 / 149 inches). The floors are arranged to run with glue laying on a suitably prepared substrate. All the apartments and common areas on the various floors will be floored with wood, while the wine shop on the ground floor will have clay tiles.
Interior wall finish
The internal walls and counter-walls will be made of plasterboard or other material chosen by the WM. The dividers between the units will consist of a double plasterboard wall with mineral wool insulation which is capable of achieving a high noise reduction value equal to approx. 50 dB. The internal walls will be composed of a mixture of lime putty, air lime and marble dust. When completed they will have a smooth and slightly glossy finish. Which will be resistant to moisture, mold and also is non-toxic. Customizable coloring. At the point of contact between the wall and the floor, as an alternative to the flush-to-wall skirting board, there could be a strip of washable paint or enamel in the same color as the wall, for a height of approx. 10 cm. Bathroom finishing

The high quality sanitary fixtures will be either standing or suspended with hidden mounting components. All elements will have an optimal, hygienic, water-saving rinsing and low weight structure. The seats will be perfectly coordinated with the design of the sanitary fixture and can be equipped with a slow-closing mechanism that allows the lid to close automatically without noise. Air conditioning system
The air conditioning system for both the winter heating and the summer cooling system will be built with an air system.
